Therapy Fees
My current rates are listed below. I am a fee-for-service therapist which means I do not currently accept insurance. Nonetheless, I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers. Please call your insurance to verify out-of-network benefits and coverage details. At your request, I will provide you with a receipt at the end of each month so that you can submit it to your insurance provider.

After contacting me and sending your email addresses, each partner will complete an online, confidential assessment prior to scheduling the follow-up sessions. There is a $29 fee for each partner which covers the automatic, digital scoring of the assessments, as well as feedback and specific recommendations that will be printed and reviewed at your follow-up session.
After each partner completes their online assessment, each partner must schedule a follow-up session independently of each other to allow each partner to review, ask questions, and discuss their personal results of the assessment. This session is offered either at the standard (50-min) or extend (75-min) rates noted below.

Payment & Insurance
Payment for therapeutic services is made by credit (all major credit cards accepted), check, or cash.

I am a fee-for-service therapist. Although I do not participate with insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider. Only when requested, I will provide you with a receipt at the end of each month so that you can submit it to your insurance provider. It is the client's responsibility to complete and file their insurance forms.

As a general rule, insurance companies will only pay for therapy if there is a diagnosable clinical condition (i.e., Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, etc.). If you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking them the following:
If you are not seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, you do not have to meet the clinical criteria for a diagnosis to receive counseling services, you have more flexibility regarding what you want to work on during our counseling sessions, and you have more options regarding the frequency and duration of counseling services.
- “Do you require pre-authorization for me to obtain behavioral health services/counseling from an out of network Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist?”
- “What is my deductible for an out of network provider?”
- “What are your reimbursement rates for an out of network provider?”

Cancellation Policy
I require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Please see the Therapist-Client Service Agreement for details.

Privacy Laws
Regardless of whether you use insurance, your personal health information and counseling/therapy records are protected by strict State and Federal Privacy Laws. All mental health providers, such as myself, are legally and ethically required to abide by the laws of confidentiality. Read more in my Privacy Policy.
